The newest addition to the DJI Family
Because of its small size, the DJI Spark easily fits in the palm of your hand. Even though the drone is very small and compact, it still has all the technical qualifications known from DJI, such as the Gesture Control, Active Track, and Dodging of Objects. You can control the drone by the movements of your hands, with the DJI GO app or with a controller.
The size of the drone
The drone is so small, it can fit in the palm of your hand. The dimensions of the drone are 14 x 14 cm, and the Spark has a height of 5 cm. Due to the compact size of the drone, you can store the Spark in your backpack or bag and take it wherever you go. The drone weights a mere 300 grams.
Quick Launch: ready for takeoff
The Spark comes with a brand new feature; let your drone takeoff from the palm of your hand! When you place the drone onto your hand and the FaceAware detects within 25 seconds a face, the Spark will takeoff and hoover at the height of your face. When you wave, the Spark takes a picture.
Great video quality
The DJI Spark has a camera with an excellent gimbal stabilizer. This allows you to shoot stable pictures and videos. The drone films in 1080p with 30 frames per second and shoots 12 MP photos. The Spark has a sensitive sensor, creating vibrant and colourful videos.
How far can you fly?
The battery of the drone will last around 16 minutes. If you would like to extend the flying time, you could purchase additional batteries. The maximum reach of the drone is 2 kilometres from the controller or smartphone. With a DJI remote controller, the drone can speed up to 50 kilometres per hour. The controller is not included.
Dodges obstacles like a ninja
Due to the built-in GPS sensor, the DJI Spark knows exactly where it is located. The drone has a sensor at the front, with which it can dodge objects. It can even land completely on its own and follow objects and people. You can even fly indoors with the drone.
